We human do lot of activities which heals the body. However, we forget the most important thing, the brain or mind. The sense which controls one's life. As a human, we treat our body but what all we do to treat our mind. Since the center of one's life is mind, it is important to train it and treat it. When u a flower, it brightens our eyes, similarly when u relax your mind, it heals the soul. It is said that the most clam mind is the one that feels same regardless of the situation and conditions, and that is what helps in better decision making process. These days, along with more money, people are usually stressed out. Stress from work in inevitable. Stress is not limited to working class and many a times, we aren’t aware of our mental state since there is very limited source to calculate the stress levels and we hardly have time for our mind.
